Returns Policy
We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of arrival. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are non returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorisation number.

It’s so delicious I can’t tell you. Will try though, new to vaping ex smoker etc, Need nicotine for gut disease and tried patches etc, lost remission got v ill p, lots of pain and hated vaping. Did not want to vape at all. Couldn’t find the right set up and juice, had pg problems, burning mouth & throat, all misery and lost expense. Now got low watt tank, only 16w and this high pg juice is epiphany – so delicious – vaping is no longer a chore for me. At last I find some pleasure & health improvement in this delicious flavour. To me it’s like a great aunts legendary trifle, dollops of clotted cream with sherry, pear, a little chocolate and best of all salted caramel. Am now a happy vaper. Delicious on a 16w tank, says it all.
