Returns Policy
We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of arrival. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are non returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorisation number.

I’d had the pen type vapes before but when my last one broke I decided to move onto a box and after reading a few different reviews decided to buy this product. I was a little dubious as I’d read there was a steep learning curve to these type of boxes but it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The starter kit does not come with the battery, but this can be added on for a few extra pounds. When I opened the box there was a tiny little instruction leaflet, which was next to useless, but after a quick internet search I found several how to tutorial blogs and YouTube videos which helped me set it up easily, it was actually very simple to put together once I had the right instructions. The box came with 3 different types of coil to try, again I had to do an Internet search to find out what the difference between them was as there was so little information in the box for a first time user. Toggling the settings to what I wanted was again very simple with the help of the Internet, and really easy to do. It smokes like a dream and has several points of entry you can put the liquid into, and is relatively easy to clean to change liquid flavours. The only drawback, in my eyes, is that the battery very quickly drains from the point it shows as having half the battery life left. You only have about 45 mins of use from this point before it dies. But overall a brilliant product, I’m really happy with this product and would highly recommend it to others looking to buy this type of vape box.
