Dispatch and Delivery Info


All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) will aim to be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

Please make sure you have inputted the correct address details as amendments cannot be made once the order is being processed or has been dispatched.

Tracked orders require a signature for delivery. If you are not in to sign for your item when delivery is attempted, you will receive a ‘sorry you were not in’ card and will need to arrange a re-delivery or collect the item from your local collection office.

Once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a link to the tracking (if using a tracked service). Didn't receive an email? It may have landed in your email spam folder. Alternatively, orders can be tracked in the account section: Log in and from your account dashboard select the order and below the billing address you will see a link to "Track your order" next to the "Items Ordered" header.
