What information do we collect?

We only collect information that is necessary, relevant and adequate for the purpose you are providing it for.

Personal data you share with us

We may ask for personal data when you order from us; this includes when you order from the Website or over the phone or by the contact form, when you register for an online store account or Rewards points account, or when you sign up to our mailing list.

Vapour UK does not store your credit card, debit card or PayPal account details on its server or systems. Payments are processed by our payment provider PayPal and it is they who keep this information in order for us to receive your payment and issue any refunds that might be necessary. At no time does Vapour UK have access to your credit card details.

We will collect your information when you use Vapour UK’s websites, applications and our customer service centres.
