Extended Christmas time returns

We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resaleable condition purchased from 1st December and returned to us by Friday 20th January. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are none returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorsation number.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify it is in a resaleable condition.
