The goods we provide are supplied by reputable manufacturers known for their high quality and reliability. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out as intended. Not to worry. If unfortunately, your item develops a fault it is covered by a warranty.
Batteries and Mods
30 days limited manufacturers warranty against manufacturer defects only. If your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt we will repair it or provide you with a replacement.
Tanks, Clearomisers and Atomiser Coil Heads
Are covered by DOA Dead On Arrival warranty and if your Coils or Tank are faulty you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, moisture and liquid damage or normal wear and tear.
Understandably, all E-liquids are none returnable due to hygiene and health and safety reasons. Never will an eliquid enter our supply chain returned from unknown sources. This is what our long term customers respect, and what we adhere to.
