Dispatch and Delivery Info

All orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) will aim to be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 5pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

Please make sure you have inputted the correct address details as amendments cannot be made once the order is being processed or has been dispatched.

Tracked orders require a signature for delivery. If you are not in to sign for your item when delivery is attempted, you will receive a ‘sorry you were not in’ card and will need to arrange a re-delivery or collect the item from your local collection office.
